From here, agents will be taken to the online-course section of the site where they can familiarize themselves with the ten all-inclusive Palace properties located throughout Cancún, the Riviera Maya, Isla Mujeres, Riviera Nayarit, Cozumel and soon Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, as well as Le Blanc Spa Resort. As agents progress through the course’s six-chapters they will learn about the key selling points of each resort, as well as the various specialty areas such as honeymoons, weddings, meetings and incentives, golf, spa, couple and family travel opportunities.  Once agents have completed each chapter of the program, they will be asked a series of questions about Palace Resorts and Le Blanc Spa Resort as part of a “Final Exam.”

After completing all six chapters and passing the final exam with a score of 80% or higher, agents will qualify for valuable benefits including:

• Continuing education credits will be awarded to agents that successfully complete all six chapters.
